Navigation of Agribusiness Cooperatives in East Java Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic: Synergies or Competitions?

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused an economic crisis that spread across all sectors. one of food does not originate from a supply but purchasing power and distribution barriers. Agribusiness cooperatives take important role to support farmers in managing finances stocks. This study aims analyze the performance agribusiness East Java Province maintain their identity developing business strategies pandemic. sample this were three Nganjuk Regency. Methodologically, analysis is carried out by assessing cooperative using Development Ladder Assessment method corporate strategy. Both measurements obtain overview strategic policy choices facing crisis. Some issues include membership management member participation which decreased during due limited social interaction.
